June 5, 2015 at 9:54 pm #455317Hey gupshupdotme!
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If the above two steps do not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look. It could be that you have some elements in the page content or in the sidebar widgets that your not closing properly.
Cheers!

The theme options is not saving properly when I test it. Please try to deactivate all plugins then test the theme options again. If you like, we will test it for you. Just give us permission to deactivate the plugins while testing the options.
Cheers!

Thanks for your response.
We cannot allow you to deactivate all the plugins as site has live traffic.
Can you please explain us , what you mean by “theme options is not saving properly”??
and what is needed to be tested?? We’ll do it our self, when traffic is less.June 9, 2015 at 6:29 am #456447Hey!
Go to the Enfold > Theme Options then toggle any settings, save the changes and you’ll see that it’s not working. Again, please deactivate the plugins temporarily because one of these plugins might be causing the issue.
Cheers!
IsmaelJune 9, 2015 at 7:04 am #456464Hey Ismael,
Before deactivating plugins I could save options.
From Enfold > Theme Options, I unchecked Lightbox Modal Window , saved , refreshed page. It did work.
Then I again checked it.
Plus now I cant even see broken sidebar http://www.teamchat.com/en/blog-2/June 9, 2015 at 8:26 am #456500Hey!
Yes, the theme options is working now. The masonry element seems to be the one causing the issue. Did you modify anything on the theme files? Please try to remove the config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes > masonry_entries.php file then replace it with a new copy.

IsmaelJune 9, 2015 at 3:07 pm #456746First of all my theme is updated.
So as expected both file on server and one which i download from theme forest were same.
Now what to do???? This update is giving lots of issues.June 10, 2015 at 9:13 am #457059Hi!
Yes, you mentioned that but, in rare cases, theme files tend to get corrupted from extraction especially when you update the files automatically in the Theme Updates panel. We can’t reproduce the issue on our end so it’s either a third party plugin or your own modification in the theme that is causing the issue. Or a corrupted / incomplete file from the update. If possible, please do the very first suggestion:
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
This time, do it via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/
Best regards,
