Urgent Request For Support

Hi.

I am having one hell of a time with this enfold template, and I have to point directly at this template there is no other avenue left. I really need a quick hand and resolution to this. I have burnt about 3 weeks time due to the below problem.

I have paid for the enfold template and I cannot use it.

Here is my problem.

I cut over to a new hosting provider. A2hosting. After I did this, this theme worked sort of half assed. I blamed this on A2 hosting. They did extensive diagnosis. They determined that their servers were trying to load the wp info, but this was not being excepted by the template software. I saw what they did via their ticket system and I agree with them.

There is something wrong with my template.

Here is the problem I see…

When I 1st was introduced to the enfold template, someone showed it to me, and said use my version… They had a single license. I did not know this and said, sure :~)))

This cost me about a week of design time as their template did not work for me due to a single user licensing problem I was unaware of. Once I figured that out, I bought the license at $71 plus the $17. upgrade for the multi-layer slider from Code Canyon. I downloaded the theme to my pc and then uploaded it to blue host, my old provider.
This worked fn great.

Once the cutover was done to my new provider, this template stopped working.

So… I ftped the copy from my PC up to the new hosting provider, A2hosting. I took, the EXISTING enfold template from the theme directory in file manager and moved it to the tmp directory, ISOLATING it from the wp-content/theme location. Totally gone from this directory.

THEN I moved the recently imported enfold theme, transferred via raw ftp no file zipping, to the wp-content directory. When I try to open the theme, it says:

CHEATING eh?

This is the same message I got when, unknowingly, tried to use my friends template.

To me the theme and licensing of it is now an issue. The theme is not coming up due to incorrect licensing software malfunction.

I am requesting a new copy of this, ASAP. I really need a new copy. I have lost an incredible amount of time due to something that really should not happen.
