    I have a problem :

    is the theme compatible with PHP 7.3 I have the impression that the problem comes from the update of PHp?

    Yes, Enfold is compatible with php7.3. Some users are using php7.4 already. Please update.

    I deleted the cache module I have this error now :

    Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can have a closer look please? Did you try to completely delete the theme folder and then upload it again via FTP?

    Thanks for that. I can’t see any error messages on my end, are you only seeing them on the backend? If so then please include admin login details in private as well so that we can have a closer look.

    I do see that a slider or similar is missing on the front page though, if you need help with that then we need login details.

    this is normal I disabled the two files which poses problem that crashes the site. I cannot afford to leave the site closed. As stated in my posts above you have the errors that appear.

    Hi,

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback()

    Looks like the theme’s shortcode files have been duplicated. You have to completely remove the theme from the wp-content > themes folder or rename it temporarily, then upload the latest version manually via FTP.
