    Urgent Please! I purchased 5 enfold themes: none of the 5 purchase codes will let me activate my layer slider. I get “invalid purchase code.”
    I tried to submit a support ticket to layer slider but I can’t with out a valid purchase code. Ive attached my purchase codes

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Since LayerSlider is bundled in Enfold, users do not receive separate license for it. When there is a new LayerSlider update, we test it on our theme and then include it in an Enfold update :)

    I just purchased the Enfold theme and have used it before with no issues. But the Advanced Layerslider is not working with the new install and asks for a purchase code. I understand that I don’t need this because it came with the enfold bundle, but how do I get the slider to work? I have the latest version of WordPress installed, 4.8.2.

    Hi,

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is currently 4.1.2 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If that too does not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it.

    Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure where exactly what problems you are having, I created a test page and the LayerSlider seems to work just fine there, please see private.

    As Rikard mentioned above, unfortunately I’m not having an issue either. Perhaps try within a different browser, or with all plugins deactivated to see if thie issue resolves.
