    Hello,

    We have a problem with Ninja Popups plugin, it looks like there is a SJ conflict, I can’t see the popup and also some of the page items are not loading. If I deactivate the popup plugin then the page works good.

    I tried to disable JS from the advanced sitting in the plugin but still didn’t work, and I also deactivate the other plugins also didn’t work.

    Hey Ammar,

    Your page loads fine on my end and popup works fine. Have you figured it out already? If not, please elaborate on the issue you are having

    Hey Yigit,

    The popup works just the first time I open the browser, which should be work every time I refresh it. And also some animation are not working, like the video icons in the media page, if I add the popup to the home page then a lot of animated elements will not work.

    I contacted the plugin support and they told me that I have JS errors in my WP theme and I have to contact you to try to solve them:

    Hi,

    Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and overwrite all files and check if that helps?
