Hello, I’am in really need of help. The menu in the mobile is not showing up and I already tried every solution that you suggested in the help forum.
“Installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. Or implement this fix: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/. ” I did them both and neither of them worked to fix the problem! What can i do ? the theme version is 4.7.6.4, wordpress is 5.6 and php is 7.1.33.
Do I downgrade wordpress and update de php??

    Please respond. Thank you

    Hey Beatriz Barge,

You might want to stay at WordPress5.5.3 till the next theme update if the above solutions did not fix the issue for you. The update is in the final testing stages and will be available soon.

If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,
    Victoria

So I have to downgrade the WordPress version. Can you let me know of the better and safer way to do so? So I don’t loose any data or information on the current website? Thank you for the response
