    Please help -URGENT!

    I need to make updates to the site and I cannot access any functionality in the pages – even creating a link button not working. I searched this forum, and deactivated askismet as suggested but that has not helped. Any advice? I’m a basic user. Thank you in advance!

    Hi amyflo74!

    You’ll need to update Enfold to the latest version which is 3.0.2. See here for how to do so via FTP, http://vimeo.com/64927356.

    Thank you Elliot, though in wordpress it does say I’m already using the latest version? #confused

    Hey!

    As @elliott said, you are currently using an older version ( 2.4.4 to be exact ). Please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads section to download the latest version and update the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/64927356

    After that, please check that your API key is correct – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
