Whenever i edit a text box i get a huge junk of code. Its white so the only way to see it is to highlight it with the mouse. eg of the code:
<p>[av_section min_height=’50’ min_height_px=’500px’ padding=’default’ shadow=’no-border-styling’ bottom_border=’no-border-styling’ bottom_border_diagonal_color=’#ffffff’ bottom_border_diagonal_direction=’border-extra-diagonal-inverse’ bottom_border_style=” custom_margin=’0px’ custom_margin_sync=’true’…….its 26,000 characters long in total..
Even if i try adding a new text box, when i edit it all turns to the same code.
Not only that but sometimes when i try to refresh the page it redirects me to a random product page…
I have tried turning plugins off temporarily and narrowed it down to Woocommerce being part of the problem. It is somehow conflicting with Enfold.
I tried making a whole new page but got a similar problem so its not limited to products

Thanks for the login details. I checked a few Text Blocks on the page in private, but I can’t see any problem. Is this only happening in a specific Text Block maybe?

no it seems to be a pretty widespread problem. Just go to Pages > New page and you will see what i meanHi,
I created a new page, and I can’t see any problems there either. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end please?

Rikardhow do i send you a screenshot? i cant do anything with the website, i can’t create a new page, new product or blog and i cant edit existing ones.
i have tried on two seperte computers, and used 2 browsers on each computer. Same problem every time
Also, when i try to edit the text box on page that you made i get the same problem. Its all white and the text box content is not whats displayed on teh ront end. Also, the UI is extending off the screen, so there are some buttons i can’t click

You can upload screenshots to a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive, Imgur.com, Snipboard.io or similar, then link to it here. Also please let us know exactly how to reproduce the problem on your actual site.

First page; you need to activate the Layout Builder in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Second page; I can’t reproduce this on my end, please see screenshot in private. Try using a different user to login, to see if that changes anything.

Rikardi cant activate the layout builder, the button doesn’t work. Also, what about all that text?? that supposed to be a brand new empty page?
I FOUND IT!!
turns out that Guttenberg editor was causing issues. I installed the Disable Guttenberg plugin and that got rid of all the errors. I can now use the layout builder as normal
