    Hi
    LayerSlider usually comes with the theme – correct?
    Why does it shows an ugly blue banner saying:

    Premium features is available for preview purposes only.
    We’ve detected that you’re using premium features in this slider, but you have not yet activated your copy of LayerSlider. Premium features in your sliders will not be available for your visitors without activation. Click here to learn more.
    Detected features: Play By Scroll Speed

    The slider runs like a mad hamster and i cant find any way to slow it down

    Hey Martin,

    It only shows up to logged in admins and not to your visitors. I checked your website and i cannot see any notice on header. Attached a screenshot in private content field.

    Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

    .lswp-notification.info {
    display: none;
}

    I didnt want to know how to surpress the notice.
    We bought your theme!
    As far as i know LayerSlider is included in your theme – correct?
    So why do we get this issue? Why are the functions restricted? How to solve that?

    and we had a second question you missed: “The slider runs like a mad hamster and i cant find any way to slow it down”
    How can we change the transitionspeed of the slider?

    Hi,
    The LayerSlider that comes with Enfold is a bundled version that the Layer Slider team has provided, which they have disabled a few premium features. Should you wish to use the premium features you can simply purchase a copy of the layerslider on codecanyon, upload it as a plugin and activate it. It will then overwrite the bundled version, and then you are in full control of LayerSlider updates and premium features.
    There is no need to deactivate the bundled version, it automatically detects if the plugin version is active and disables itself.
    To fix your slide timing, open your slider and change the “Slide Timing” to something like 7000

    Hallo Mike
    this means that i have to set the sliding time for EVERY single slide SEPARATE.
    Sorry but i cant believe that this is the proper way – there must be a general setting for that

    Question: We are a company with several subcompanies (every one has an own account here) and got more than 15 licences from enfold.
    We dont have this issue on our other websites.
    Why?

    Hi,

    We are sorry you feel that way, but the issue is not at Enfold.
    Layer Slider teams has decided to do that and block some ( actually just some animations and their own demos ) for the licenses.
    That is something they did last year and we are not responsible at all, as that is what Envato and their license allow us to release.

    You most probably do not have the issue on other sites, because you are on an older version.

    i would like to response to Mike,
    i bought the license from layerslider,
    back to word press i activated it and on layer slider Status I can see this text:
    “Install Location Non-standard Using LayerSlider from a non-standard install location or having a different directory name could lead issues in receiving and installing updates. Commonly, you see this issue when you’re using a theme-included version of LayerSlider. To fix this, please first search for an option to disable/unload the bundled version in your theme, then re-install a fresh copy downloaded from CodeCanyon. Your sliders and settings are stored in the database, re-installing the plugin will not harm them.”

    Kreaturamedia want me to disable the bundled version, and then I should install the Layer slider plug in

    I have already tried to install the layerslider plugin straight away, but its not possible an error comes:
    In italian ”
    Scompattamento del pacchetto…
    Installazione plugin…
    Il pacchetto non può essere installato. Non sono stati trovati plugin validi.
    Installazione del plugin non riuscita.”

    Where I can disable the bundled version?
