    Dear Support Team,

    I’m writing to report a critical issue I’m encountering with the slider element on the homepage of our online shop, Lucynashinaya. We are currently using your Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme template.

    The problem is that the slider is failing to initialise correctly after the page loads. It simply doesn’t start functioning as expected. I’ve spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting this on my end, and unfortunately, I haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

    This is a crucial element for showcasing our products on the homepage, and its current state is negatively impacting the user experience and potentially our sales.

    I also understand from the template’s update history that there haven’t been any recent updates. While I appreciate the initial design, the lack of ongoing maintenance and support for critical components like this is concerning.

    Could you please investigate this issue urgently? I would appreciate any guidance or a solution you can provide to get the slider working correctly. Please let me know what information you require from my end to assist with your investigation.

    Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

    Hey kasiaforest,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/.

    Best regards,

    Hello Rikard,
    Thanks a mill for your previous email. The issues is resolved now but I’m writing to report an issue I’m experiencing with the blog functionality of your template on our website.
    The problem is that instead of displaying the expected “Blog List” layout, the system is incorrectly loading the “Single Post” view. This is happening on the main blog page (and potentially other archive pages) where a list of recent posts should be displayed.
    I have thoroughly reviewed the WordPress settings related to the blog page, including the assigned template and reading settings, and everything appears to be configured correctly for a blog list display. Despite this, the single post template is being rendered.
    Could you please investigate this issue at your earliest convenience? This is impacting our ability to effectively present our blog content to our audience. Please let me know if you require any specific information or access details from our end to help diagnose the problem.
    Thank you for your time and assistance.
    Best,
    Kasia Forest

    Hi,

    Did you select the blog or posts page in the Settings > Reading panel? Please reset these options to default, then make sure to set the home and blog page in Enfold > Theme Options. You can then adjust the style of the blog in the Enfold > Blog Layout panel.

    For more info about the blog settings, please check this documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/blog-post

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello Ismael, I have re-verified all WordPress settings related to the blog page, including the assigned template and reading settings, and can confirm that everything is configured correctly for a blog list display. This issue persists despite the correct configuration.

    To facilitate a more direct investigation, I have created a temporary administrator account for you to log in and examine the setup firsthand. The credentials are as follows:

    (moved to private field)

    Please use these credentials to log in to the WordPress admin panel and diagnose the problem.

    Could you also please let me know if you require FTP access to the site? I can provide those details if necessary for your troubleshooting process.

    We are eager to resolve this issue as it is affecting the presentation of our blog content. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Best,
    Kasia

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    We reset the settings in the Settings > Reading panel to default, then adjusted Enfold > Blog Layout > Blog Layout to Grid Layout. You can adjust this as needed.

    Hello Ismael,

    After the recent WP and template update, I’m unable to edit content using the Advanced Layout Editor. The entire editable section is hidden, and I have to resize it by adjusting the bar. Once I expand the window, I can’t scroll the page to edit the content properly. Please assist me with this issue.

    Hi,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. If you haven’t registered your theme license, then please follow this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for the suggestion. However, this issue cannot be caused by an outdated theme or an unregistered licence.

    The Enfold theme on this site is already running the latest version (7.1), and the theme licence is definitely registered and active. I double-checked both of these points before reaching out.

    Could there be another potential cause we should investigate?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The page seems to be editable when we checked. Please retfrain from switching to the classic editor while the Advanced Layout Builder (ALB) is active.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Isamael,

    Thanks a mill. It is working now and I can edit the website.

    I wanted to ask whether it would be possible to adjust the layout of the template slightly. Specifically, we’ve noticed that on the Home Page the “Promotion” button overlaps with the product name when the product title is long. Would your team be able to modify the template so that the button is repositioned or the layout is adjusted to avoid this issue?

    Looking forward to your feedback, and thank you again for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Kasia

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You can add this code in the Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS field to adjust the position of the onsale or promo badge.

    #top .onsale {
        top: -29px;
        right: 8px;
        left: auto;
    }

    Hi Ismael,

    Perfect! We will add this code.

    There is a responsiveness issue on the website. When three elements are placed side-by-side on a desktop, they do not display correctly on mobile devices. Please see the screenshots.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshots, I can’t see that happening on my end when checking the front page though. Did you try loading the site in a private or incognito browser window? If that doesn’t help, then please let us know how to reproduce the results that you are seeing on your end.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
