    Hi

    I am unable to add an image with a link – This is the first time I have had an issue, but the image is there, you put the link in (set to open in new window), save, but the image doesn’t show and when you go back into the image, the link details are gone.

    Not only that, but I am experiencing a huge increase of Error 502 Bad Gateway, and was wondering if this could be linked somehow?

    Please look at this urgently as the site is effectively offline until this can be resolved.

    I have just noticed that on the link that I have included for you, the squared brackets have changed to ‘%5B’ and ‘%5D’. Could this be important?

    I have rebooted my router amongst other tests with my ISP and things seem to be working. For now, I don’t need assistance with this, but I will keep this ticket open just incase this happens again soon if that is OK.

    BTW, I now know what the %5B and %5D are – you learn something new every day!
