Could you try to restore your site from a backup? If you should need to revert to an earlier version then you can find the theme files in private. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardMarch 9, 2018 at 11:54 am #924427Hello Rikard,
Thank you for your message. I have uploaded the theme files you sent, but it’s still the same. I changed the theme to default and now something is visible. Of course, this looks terrible, but I suppose this means that the fault is not in WordPress, but in the update of Enfold. Could you please have a look in the files (see private)?
Hope to hear from you soon,
best regards, John

Can you please check server log for error?
Here is where to find itBest regards,
VictoriaMarch 9, 2018 at 4:07 pm #924587I solved it by:
– updating PHP to 5.6;
– installing a very old version of Enfold (which I fortunately saved), which made it partly going again;
– updating this to the latest Enfold version.I must say, a bit more help from support would have been welcome. There seem to be quite a lot of problems with updating.
