    Hi guys,

    I really need your help please. I keep getting an internal error on this enfold website: http://www.serviceintegrators.co.uk
    We rolled it back yesterday, no-one has touched the website and the site is now down again:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /homepages/11/d507754124/htdocs/WP/ServiceIntegrators/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 539

    Please can you have a look at the error and let me know what it could be?

    Thanks very much and please can you get back to me today?

    My client obviously depends on their site being up and this is not good for confidence.

    So I’d really appreciate your help!

    Hey Krissie,

    That seems to be wordpress error, but can you provide temporary admin and ftp details? so we can try to debug it. Just post it in private content so only you and the moderators can view it.

    Hi Nikko,

    Could it be a server issue?

    I can’t give you a temporary login as the website is down.

    FTP details below. If you can clarify if it’s the template conflicting with a plugin that would be great. Did you guys do into the backend before? To sort out the slider issue on my other thread? I’m trying to work out how this has happened.

    This also uses enfold. What is going on???

    Hi,

    Did you try to disable the cleantalk spam protect plugin? Also, please post WordPress login details as well so that we can access your installation.

    Hi Rikard,

    Right, I’ve had an update from Cleantalk and it looks like their security plugin caused the problem.
    They’re looking into it.
    I’m happy to close this thread and go back to the slider thread as that’s still outstanding.
