    Hi support team!
    Urgent question! I just forgot to export the xml theme settings before move the site’s folder and redirect.
    Now I have all the files and images ok but menus, widgets and some configs are missing.
    Have the sql and ftp all backed up but cannot solve this….any tip?

    was (subfolder)
    www/novo

    moved to (root)
    www

    Appreciate any suggestion!

    Hey educode,

    For the theme settings you could simply try to resave them and they should all apply after that, as for widgets and menus; that is handled by WordPress so I’m not sure, do you still have the old installation which you could export from? If so then you can use a migration plugin to move the whole installation to the new location.
