    First time purchasing Enfold theme and I’m disappointed to find that the ‘set-up’ is not as easy as advertised.

    I am trying to change the styling options (colors, font,…etc) using the theme options panel. However, any styles selected do not take effect on the published page. The default color and font scheme (black) stubbornly remain. Only the logo is updated.

    I’m not running any plugins and I’ve wiped clean the theme install twice. I’ve even re-installed WP to see if the issue was with the WP install. Nothing works.

    Assistance would be appreciated.

    I’m not an admin but you may need to post an admin login in Private Content for one of the mods to take a look. If you haven’t already, that is.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply!
    I checked your website and tried changing background color of footer socket to black and it worked.
    After making changes, Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    Same problem for me: I made some changes to menu and submenu items and they worked. Today I tried to make few other changes to menus and nothing appears. In private content the credentials to access the site.
    Help!!!!

    UPDATE: *all* changes in Enfold settings don’t work!!! Some change seems to appear after a long while, asynchronously!!!

    Hi Roberto F.

    Please contact your hosting provider and check if there is some sort of server side caching.
    If that does not help, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach FTP and WP admin logins so we can look into it.
