    Hello,
    We’ve been using the Enfold theme for quite some time and since about a week the advanced editor doesn’t load anymore. Existing pages can’t be edited at all as the content doesn’t load. New pages can’t be edited in advanced mode, thus user created templates can’t be used etc. This is an urgent matter as we have ads for new employees in the paper but can’t provide further information on the web site.
    anay quick help is greatly appreciated.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of WordPress 4.0 with Enfold 2.9.2 – http://vimeo.com/67209750
    If that does not help, please try de-activating all active plugins

    Hi Yigit, I’m having the same issues and need to fix them urgently. Where can I download the latest version of Enfold? Is it through Themeforest? Also, if I update it will I lose any content on my website?

    Hey!

    Yes, you need to download the latest version from ThemeForest in Downloads section. And no, your content is saved in your database, so you will not lose any of it

    Hello Yigit, thanks once again.

    I just tried installing Version 2.9.2 in WordPress but it shows me an error. Do I remove the old Enfold theme and install the new one or is there a better step-by-step process.

    Just updated via FTP, still had the very basic looking admin screen, tried to update a plugin, activated it and back to square one with the white screen now…

    Would you be able to have a look for me using the FTP? I’m totally lost now and really need to do this tonight!

    Please post the actual website here. Make sure that you’re running Enfold 2.9.2 with cache plugins deactivated if you have any.
