    Hi,
    I’ve just bought Enfold and tried to upload it to my WP. I’m getting an error ‘The link you followed has expired. Please try again.’ I have tried several times, with the same result.
    Looking here and on Google, I see that the issue could be due to the restricted maximum file size upload allowed. Apparently, this can be resolved by going into C-Panel and using Select PHP Version to change the file size. Annoyingly, there is no Select PHP Version option on my C-Panel.
    Another alternative seems to be to edit the PHP.ini file in the core WP installation, but I don’t have that file either.

    Can someone please talk me through getting this issue resolved, as I’m on a deadline for setting up the site. I know a bit of WP stuff but am no way expert, so please make the directions simple and in words of one syllable!

    Hey Handyann,
    Sorry to hear you are facing this, typically those would be how to increase the PHP memory limit but some web hosts do it differently, and doing it wrong will give you the error 500, or white screen. I recommend asking your webhost to assist because they know your server and the right way to do it.
    While they are at it, here are all of the setttings we recommend:
    PHP Version: 7.0.x (v5.6 minimum)
    PHP Time Limit: No limit
    PHP Memory Limit: 256M
    PHP Post Max Size: 50M
    PHP Max Upload Size: 20M

    Typically Enfold installs on a webhost with no issues, but if your host is no help please tell us the name of your host so we can recommend how to change the PHP settings for your host.
