My apologies for this post upfront, it must have been hundred times that this was done.
I literally have very little to no experience and struggling to load the theme via WP
i am reading about filezilla but can’t figure out heads or tails on cpanel or any of it… anyone can walk me through the process? i’d like to learn and throwing 50bucks at it wont teach me up.
would very much appreciate the help

Yigitgreat, so ive loaded the theme via cpanel
but i am having couple issues
1. home V1 landing page style theme option doesnt appear on the list… only get home page …
2. if i select that , i get message that slider either has wrong setting or not installed
3. when installing it that was and viewing the site … other that slider not working and having and error.. also navigation bar is completely different to the version i want to select… and so all other pictures on the theme .. they are bigger and the whole page looks much more stretched out…so essentially i just wondered is it possible to just load HOME V1 landing page stye theme as i see on your website and work from there..
if so, what can i do to make things work better

Image links are broken. Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can try updating the theme. Also, please let us know if we are allowed to reset your database. Please note, when we reset your database, all content will be deleted. If you only imported Enfold demo and have not created any other content yet, there is nothing you should worry about :)Best regards,

Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable PHP ZipArchive extension and then let us know so we can continue working on your website?

Sorry for the late reply!
It was still not working for me, therefore i thought there might be some sort of caching on server side. Now i tried to import LayerSlider manually once again but it still did not work. I am getting “The PHP ZipArchive extension is required to import .zip files.”. Issue seems to be server related however cannot pinpoint at the moment. Could you please ask them to double check as extension still seems to be missing?

i don’t know what i can do to help more with this, but it’s been almost 2 weeks so far and it seems like it takes days to get some response :) and when i respond its just silence.
is there something i can do more of to help speed this up? I had 3 people get involved with same questions and i am still not at the end of this.
