    When I try to upload a picture I am receiving this error message. I have never seen this one before but it is popping up each time. Screenshot of the message below. Help!!!

    Hey bkelsey23,
    Please check that your File and Folder Permissions are correct and will allow WordPress to create new file & folders.

    Hi,

    Did you manage to connect to your website using FileZilla? If you did then you should be able to navigate to the wp-content folder from the root, in there you will see a folder called uploads. If you right-click on that folder you will see some options in FileZilla. Select File Permissions in that options menu. That folder should be set to 755.
