    Hello,

    I tried uploading the enfold theme about 8 times using wordpress, it failed. Then I did the FTP which took forever b/c I had to call our hosting service to help with that while using your video. The file transferred but it is not appearing in my ftp wp content theme folder…and it is not showing up in the appearance theme window either . please help I have spent 3 hours on this…and have lost tons of time

    Please post temporary WordPress admin logins and FTP logins here privately so we can install the theme for you.
