    Hello Kriesi,
    I have uploaded WordPress 4.3 and the new update of the Enfold theme.
    Now the content of my website is still online, but the content in wp-admin is gone and can’t add or change anything.
    I have used the advanced editor mode.
    I saved most of the content in templates, but that doesn’t work to upload it from there either.
    Please help me out! What can I do?

    Thanks for your rspond!
    I would have never thought about to refresh the browser. I refreshed Firefox a few times and even restarted my computer, but with no possitive result yet…
    Still I can’t see the content in the wp-admin pages. I have a lot of work to do on those pages, so I love to see it back.
    What else can I do to fix this problem?

    I’m not too familiar with all the technical code words, so hope you can explain it in Sesame Street language. :)

    Wil I be safe next times to upload a new wordpress version?

    Hi,

    Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If that doesn’t help then please try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict.

    Hi Rikard,

    Thank god my content is back! I think to deactivate and activate the plugins worked out.
    The API key was allready installed and didn’t work to save it again.

    I’m very relieved!!
    Thank you a lot!

    Will I be safe next times to upload a new wordpress version?
    Or could it easily happen again?
