June 13, 2017 at 10:57 am #807348When I use the extension .mp4, the movie will work fine and it will be uploaded to the folder with current date (16/06) and no image files are created.
June 14, 2017 at 4:41 am #807755Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I think the video format you tried out first is not supported: http://easywpguide.com/wordpress-manual/adding-images-other-media/inserting-video-audio-or-other-file-type/. So the other format worked out for you?
Best regards,
RikardJune 14, 2017 at 8:09 am #807833??? when I load the m4v file over the standard editor it works.
Only the extended editor does not support the fileformat m4v, but I need the avid framework.- This reply was modified 7 years, 5 months ago by AGC.

June 14, 2017 at 12:36 pm #807927Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I’m not sure I understand what you mean by the extended editor though? What exactly are you not able to do?
Best regards,
RikardJune 14, 2017 at 5:15 pm #808090Wordpress supports m4v files. Enfold not.
When I use the Standard Editor from WordPress, the m4v file works fine.
When I use the Extended Layout-Editor, the m4v file does not work. :(June 15, 2017 at 6:20 am #808402Hi,
Ok, thanks for that. What element are you using? I’m assuming either the Video element or Text Block?
Best regards,
RikardJune 15, 2017 at 8:13 am #808435Hi RIkard, i use the Video Element.
