    Hello,
    I have a brand new wp-installation (multisite) on my own server with an enfold child theme.

    Now, first thing I am doing is to try to import a theme settings file from another wp-installation.

    BUT the “Upload Theme Settings File – Button” (and also the “Upload/select Fontello Font Zip – Button”) is not working. Nothing happens when I click the button.

    I already tried to make wp-content folder (and subfolder and files) with permissions 7777, but this does not work.

    Now, I dont know what to do. Strange Problem.

    Maybe you can help my with this!?

    ok. still not working in my root page, but it works on a subpage i just created. — ok – you can close the ticket

    no feedback from your side for 3 days now. what happend to the amazing enfold-support???

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late response, in your case often this means the Zip extension needs to be installed on your host, or there is an error with it, please check with them that it is.

    Hello Mike, thank you for your answer. Please could you explain what you mean with “Zip extension”!? Is this a Plesk extension? Or WordPress Extension or some special Plugin? Thank you for some more details.

    P.S. Congrats to enfolds-birthday (just received the newsletter) and to great new mobile features with update. I just bought a new licence for a new project. Enfold is the best teme for wordpress out there! :-)

    Hi,

    It’s basic server functionality which is likely not activated on the server your site is hosted on, if you contact your hosting provider they should be able to activate it for you.
