    So I’ve tried uploading a Fontello yelp icon via the theme options in import/export tab and I keep getting the error

    “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
    Please reload the page, then try again”

    I’m assuming it’s probably something to do with my hosting provider…is there anyway to manually upload the fontello icons via ftp?

    I’m trying to add a yelp icon to the social profiles. This is the font/icon I’m trying to add

    Morning,

    You can add the files via ftp but it also requires a little bit of extra tweaking.

    I found this post on here outlining the process.

    Hi,

    I think it’s best to talk with your host about this and make uploading via backend work fine.
