I have seen all sorts of ways to do this using CSS (https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_image_overlay.asp), and when you have a product they give you the opportunity to use an image in the gallery as the hover image, but I’d love to modify the image element itself so you could upload two images, one for the normal state, one for the hover state. Has anyone attempted this yet?

On the most part, you will need to do this for each element you want this effect for, there’s no standard for uploading two images for all image elements.
Please feel free to request – or vote if already requested – such feature on Enfold feature request form.

Hi Mike,

I don’t have it built out yet but I wanted to find a way to mimic the bottom section of http://www.axiom-ag.com/ and have the ability to easily upload the image and overlay image in a section.

Hi,
I understand, try inspecting their code, you’ll see they use a class called “.advisor-img” for their image which has transparent edges. and a another class “.onhover” with display:none for the drawings. Hope this helped :)
