May 29, 2020 at 5:36 am #1217575Hey Illingco,
I’m not sure, where can we see and reproduce this error?
Best regards,
RikardMay 29, 2020 at 3:21 pm #1217746All i can give you is where it threw an error for me. Not sure what else you expect from my side. Is it something of concern, will it come back? I haven’t received another alert today…
WordPress version 5.4.1
Current theme: Enfold (version 4.7.5)
Current plugin: (version )
PHP version 7.3.16May 29, 2020 at 3:26 pm #1217749I can also mention that I updated our store sites through the admin link within WP, but for our main staging and live sites, I always have to manually update via FTP…

Thanks for the update. So you are not seeing this error message anymore? Did you see it on the front or backend? Please include admin login details in private if you want us to have a closer look.

RikardJune 1, 2020 at 5:48 pm #1218480Got this when updating live site:
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 39 of the file /home/website/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/avia_framework.php. Error message: require(): Failed opening required ‘php/inc-autoconfig.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php73/pear’).
Why is it every time I update your theme, it throws errors? Are these benign, or of concern?
June 2, 2020 at 9:36 am #1218683Hi,
I’m not sure to be honest with you, we haven’t had anyone else reporting this problem as far as I’m aware. I can’t see any error messages on your site now though, is it only happening when you actually update the site? If so then where are you seeing it? Is something not working as it should on the actual site? Did you try updating while having all plugins deactivated?
Best regards,
RikardJune 2, 2020 at 4:48 pm #1218800Only happens on site updates, and only seem to get one WP automated error. But it’s every time we update and multiple different Enfold files. Sites seem to be functioning correctly in spite of this. No i did not disable plugins. Oddly, our store subdomain and staging sites all work fine with the auto update in the Enfold panel…
June 10, 2020 at 3:19 pm #1221232Hi,
Thank you for the info.
We are not really sure why this error occurs, but what it says is that it fails to open the php/inc-autoconfig.php file, which is a bit odd because the site is working fine as you said. Maybe it’s server-related but we can’t be sure. Please let us know if you find any errors.
Best regards,
