    Hey guys,

Whenever I go to update my site over PHP version 7.1 my site breaks. Any idea what is going on?

    I get this error message..

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /home/aecyberpub/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/html-helper.class.php on line 1299

    Thanks

    Jim

    Hi Jim,

You would have to increase the amount of memory which is allocated to PHP, please refer to this: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP. I would recommend that you use 7.2 or higher though, since 7.2 is the minimum recommended version for running WordPress on.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
