    We have recently updated our WP version from 4.7.10 to 5.0.3 while still on Enfold version 4.2.
    The update to WP 5.0.3 broke our Avia Layout Builder (does not load anymore) and updates using the classic view are not reflected.

    Since there are a couple of issues with upgrading to Enfold 4.5, would like check with support first if:

    1. Updating to Enfold 4.5 will correct the problem
    2. What are the steps for updating from Enfold 4.2 to 4.5

    You can upload from FTP and replace the files that should fix the problem.

    Hi Basilis,

    I’ve uploaded via FTP as suggested. I still get the same error.
    That is, when I try to edit the page, what I see is this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CoPMjKn0chW5du7CLBDFH2EfK048WWKR/view?usp=sharing
    The Avia Layout Builder can’t seem to load the layout builder elements and is stuck with the loading icon.

    Thoughts?
