I need to upgrade Enfold as the editor has lost adding media and hyperlink functions.
Can someone tell me the best way to upgrade and retain settings?

YigitI do not have the option in the theme as I the theme is at version 1.3.1.
Is that too much of an upgrade path?

Yes, you are using a very very old version of Enfold. Please try updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files and then update WordPress to the latest version. There are bunch of new features added to Enfold, you can take a look at highlighted ones on our blog – http://kriesi.at/blog
