    I have upgraded to Enfold 4.3 today and on some of my pages the Fullwidth Easy Slider is not working.
    I have reloaded 4.3 manually, deactivated plugins and resaved pages with new pictures
    An example where the slider is not working is https://harefieldchurch.org/sundays/
    and an example where it is working is https://harefieldchurch.org/what-to-expect/

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hello, I have exactly the same issue on my hotel site.
    The Fullwidth Easy Slider is not working on the home page.

    Hi biwales,

    I have moved your login credentials in private content so it can’t be seen by the public (just moderators and the thread creator).

    I tried to login with the admin access you gave however it doesn’t work and gives this error:

    ERROR: User has not been activated.

    Please check.

    I have found a work-around by rebuilding each page by putting in a new Fullwidth Easy Slider.
    The only problem I am left with following the upgrade is the mega menu does not view correct on all pages.

    Hi,

    By re-creating the page the theme/plugin forces the CSS and JS files to be regenerated in the cache which resolve the issue.

    An alternate and a quicker way that might work depending on the site settings would be to try disabling the CSS and JS file merging and empty the cache from the caching plugin settings if there are any. You should be able to view the page like before after the cache is cleared and the new CSS and JS files are loading you can enable the CSS and JS file merging from the performance option.
