After updating to WordPress 5.8.3, I can no longer access the WordPress admin page. I know this is a theme problem because I can switch to a different theme in the cpanel and it all works fine. Any idea how to fix it? The site is https://ai-llc.com/wp_dev
Hey cmwatts,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

I even tried to delete and readd the theme but it wouldn’t let me upload the zip. I bought it 2 years ago but this is the only site I am using it for I believe.
Hi,
I see that you are using a very old version 4.5.2, you will need to update via FTP, try these steps:
Download the newest version from your Theme Forest account and rename your current theme folder to “enfold-old” via ftp then upload the new “enfold” folder via ftp and check that your site is working correctly.
Once you are happy that the site is working correctly you can delete the “enfold-old” folder via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.
Best regards,
Mike
I tried through the wordpress interface to upload the new version and got the same error message? Do I have to go through FTP? Any reason why its not working through the normal theme upload?
Hi,
Your site is not loading at all on my end, please see private. If you don’t want to upload the theme using FTP, then please try using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If you need further help with this, then please include FTP login details in private in your next reply.
Best regards,
Rikard
