    Trying to update from 4.5.2 to 4.5.3 and receiving an error. The Token is valid and was revalidated on 2019/01/29 07:14

    Can you try to update again?

    Hi,

    Please clear the cache and try again it should work for you. If it does not please update the theme using an FTP client. Please refer to this link for step by step instructions.

    you are not being serious? I have multiple installations on multiple servers?! I paid for all the licences and this is the second time I´m told to manually update?!?

    I want to add that I cleared the cache, I deactivated all plugins and it is still not working!

    Enfold You are using version 4.5.3. Upgrade to version 4.5.3.

    Still getting error. I have tried several times and get the same error every time. As Perun said, it is the second time and I too have multiple installations and are NOT keen on haveing to manually update – again! Will there be a fix for this?

    The solution posted in that thread is to use a token with the following permissions: https://build.envato.com/create-token/?purchase:download=1&purchase:verify=t&purchase:list=t&purchase:history=t&user:username=t&user:email=t

    • View and search Envato Sites
    • View your Envato Account username
    • View your email address
    • Download your purchased items
    • List purchases you made
    • Verify purchases you’ve made
    • View your purchases of the app creator’s items

    Hi,
    Unfortunately that didn’t change anything. I was missing the permission “View your purchases of the app creator’s item, and added that and revalidated the token on my website. I then tried to update again, but I got the samme error unfortunately.
    Have you found the reason for the problem?

    The update finally worked for me (didn´t change the token or anything else), but only by updating it from the WordPress-Dashboard. Unfortunatly now I get the same message as mfregosi

    Enfold You are using version 4.5.3. Upgrade to version 4.5.3.

    The problem occurs due to cached results from Envato, this will be fixed on the next update of Enfold. :)

    I’m not sure what you mean by unabillity to update? If you should need help updating your site then please open a new thread and include admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
