    Up until recently, we were using Enfold and running version 2.9.2–and one of the last updates broke our site.

    We were told it was due to the older version not working with PHP 7.2, etc, and that we would need to download the current version 4.5.5 and update via FTP.

    We did this, and the update worked, but we still haven’t been able to get it back to the way it looked previous.

    When the site broke, all pages on the site went completely blank, including the WordPress editor pages/posts (but not the dashboard), and the Enfold theme options wouldn’t load in the WP dashboard.

    Any help would be appreciated! We’d ideally love to get our site back to the way it looked before the crash.

    Hey gbaldwin0209,

    The old site looks quite customised, did you make sure that all the old CSS is applying? Yours is a good example on why you should take updates seriously and not to do them directly on your production site.
