    Hi Enfold Support,
    As suggested, opened a new thread. Please check the original message:

    Hi, I needed to update the Enfold theme on my website from 5.6.1. I checked at Envato and the latest available version was 5.6.6 generated the Envato token to update the theme and the “Updates” section in WP showed the Theme updates pending. Now from the screenshot you can check that there is an Enfold Desktop and Enfold Mobile along with a standard Enfold. This sort of arrangement was done by the earlier developer. I updated the theme successfully, but it still shows in detail as 5.6.1 in the Desktop and Mobile version. The standard theme (the one in the middle in the image shown in detail is 5.6.6) Please help as this is important to update the Desktop and Mobile to the latest 5.6.6 Also, I will not be able to create any staging site for security purposes. I request a fix on this website itself.

    Hey Pierre,

    Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure why the other versions have been renamned, but the current version is the one in the middle called only Enfold. If you activate that, then you will be running the latest version. You can only run one theme at a time, so the other two are not really doing anything.

    Hi P,

    Our theme handles both devices, you can check any of our demos listed here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ check them both in desktop and mobile.
    Please make a backup first before updating the theme, if the developer made any changes to the Enfold theme files then it will be lost during the update.

    Hi,

    As I wrote earlier; you cannot run two themes at the same time. So creating different themes for different screen widths would make no sense, since it wouldn’t work. Maybe the adjustments were done using CSS or some other styling method? You could reach out to your developer to check what he or she has done specifically. Also please make sure that you have copied the theme settings from your old theme into the new one, you can do that under Enfold->Import/Export.
