    I already purchased the theme.
    Now I want to update the theme on my development site.
    If all working properly, then I’ll update the theme on the production site.
    Is it okay?

    I did update the theme via FTP on the development site.
    But then the site can not show up.
    I tried refreshing the page, but still not working.
    What should I do?

    Hi odiyuda,

    Can you give us the FTP access and temporary admin access? so we can inspect it.
    Just post the credentials in private content.

    I tried to check your dev site but it always redirects to your live site (link in private content).
    Is this the issue you were referring?

    Hi Nikko,

    Yes, it is problem.
    The first time I access the dev site, it shows nothing.
    Then I refresh the page, it goes to the main site.

    The dev site was working before I did the theme update via FTP.

    Can you try to delete the existing dev site then create it again?

    Hi odiyuda,

    Thanks I have successfully updated Enfold to version 4.7.6.4 as well as other plugins however WordPress version is still stucked in 4.9.5, the latest version is 5.6.1.
    I have checked wp-config.php file and I don’t see any code that interfere’s with it like:

    define( 'WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE', false );

    I’m not sure if this is intended but maybe you have disabled this in one of the plugins.

    What order should I do between themes?.

    Hi odiyuda,

    Once you have a backup, you can update the plugins first then the Enfold theme and finally WordPress.
