Updating from Enfold 4.8.6.5 to 4.8.8 Interrupts the Layout
If I disable and then enable the plugins for a short period the site looks right again but then the next day it reverts to looking like the style sheets are not applied.

I beleive that this version of Enfold is in conflict with Gravity Forms v Version 2.5.15.
Deactivating it and reactivating it resets the stylesheet? But then it reverts to the image in the screenshot.
Please reply and advise.

Thanks for the login details and screenshot. I’m not sure if the screenshot is taken from the back or frontend though? I checked both, and I can’t see any problems on my end. Did you try checking in an incognito or private browser window?
Best regards,
RikardDecember 16, 2021 at 8:00 pm #1333172Please empty browser cache and try again. I’ll keep it as it is until the client complains.
The screenshot is reset back. It is s screenshot of the Careers page (Front End).
Please let me know if you see it.
Note: in a private window the page displays fine BUT the gravity form does not display. There appears to be a conflict between the plugin and theme?
December 17, 2021 at 8:20 am #1333213Hi,
It works as it should when logged out, but not when logged in. That means it’s likely a problem with caching, please try clearing the cache from your plugin or deactivate it temporarily to see if that changes anything. We are not aware of any conflicts between Enfold and Gravity Forms.

I immediately ran into the issue again after emptying browser cache, I contacted WPMU support the makers of the Hummingbird optimization plugin. They surmised it IS a caching issue.
“Well, in that case you could exclude that page from be cached and/or exclude Gravity Forms assets from Hummingbird Pro CDN”
“Gravity Form assets excluded, rechecking the files.”
“The Hummingbird Pro Cache is not Active, so, the issue is caused by the Asset Optimization feature, I exclude all the Gravity Assets from the CDN, that could solve the issue. Now need to wait all the others Asset begin to be served from the CDN and check the site during a period of time to see if the issue still there.”
The issue should be resolved for now.
