Updating from Enfold 4.4.1 to 4.5 using a child theme - Support

Hello together,

I tried to update my Enfold child theme from 4.4.1 to 4.5 through Enfold > Theme Update but unfortunately it gives me an error with the following error message: “An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.”

What am I missing here?

Same here. Seems to be a URL for envato marketplace.

Hi,

Sorry for the problems, the update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately. Please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

We can help you out updating if you would need that.
