    Good day
    I have sent all the files from the newest Enfold version via FTP to the server.
    Well after that an error message occurs when I start the website.
    see below

    Warning: require_once(includes/helper-privacy.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/divesoc1/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 185

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘includes/helper-privacy.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’) in /home/divesoc1/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 185

    anyone could tell me what I do need to change?

    Hey threshershark,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you check if the ‘includes/helper-privacy.php’ file actually exists in the wp-content/themes/enfold folder? If you can’t find the file in theme folder, please download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest account, then manually upload it to your server via FTP.
