Hello everybody,
I have the problem that I can’t edit some layout, content and media elements (for example editing a colour section, add some team members or pictures). because the following Message appears:
“Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Access to undeclared static property: AviaHtmlHelper::$element in /homepages/42/d601278186/htdocs/clickandbuilds/DeutscheFrdermittelberatung/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/html-helper.class.php:881 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/42/d601278186/htdocs/clickandbuilds/DeutscheFrdermittelberatung/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/html-helper.class.php(133): AviaHtmlHelper::image(Array, Object(avia_sc_section)) #1 /homepages/42/d601278186/htdocs/clickandbuilds/DeutscheFrdermittelberatung/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/html-helper.class.php(43): AviaHtmlHelper::render_element(Array, Object(avia_sc_section)) #2 /homepages/42/d601278186/htdocs/clickandbuilds/DeutscheFrdermittelberatung/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-template.class.php(160): AviaHtmlHelper::render_multiple_elements(Array, Object(avia_sc_section)) #3 /homepages/42/d in /homepages/42/d601278186/htdocs/clickandbuilds/DeutscheFrdermittelberatung/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/html-helper.class.php on line 881″
I have this problem since the latest update. On my wordpress dashboard it is shown, that I am using the latest version 3.4.3.
And in the “theme update” register of Enfold it is shown that “no updates are available because I’m running the latest version 3.4.3” (Themeforest User Name and API-Key are saved).I also tried to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from my Themeforest account. I installed FileZilla and refreshed the Enfold folder like it is shown in your link and it doesn’t help. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
I described my problem in another post (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/changing-layout-of-a-color-section/#post-545199), but I don’t earn any sucessfull support. I got this problem now since 2 weeks and recevied no solution for the issue. So this is the reason why I am posting my problem again because I’m distraught.

December 3, 2015 at 1:27 am #546189Hey!
Just a guess: are you using the new version of php7 on your server? that might be the reason this problem occurs. Although I thought we had all the problems with php7 figured out it seems you discovered another one.
I think I already got the solution at hand but I am having difficulties connecting to your FTP. Tells me that username and/or password are invalid. Would you mind checking that once again? Once I am able to connect I can test the solution I have in mind and if it helps add it to the next patch :)
Cheers!
KriesiDecember 3, 2015 at 9:16 am #546300Good morning Kriesi,
thanks for your answer. :)
I could choose from my host-provider 4 forms of php 7.0 , 5.6 ,5.5 ,5.4 which one would be in your opinion the best for Enfold?
I actually noticed that no php version was fixed for this domain. So I choose 5.6 and the problem is now solved. ^^
Sorry for that and thanks for your support. :)Regards,
MartinDecember 3, 2015 at 9:32 am #546302Hi!
Glad to hear that. I actually would recommend to use php7 in the future because its so much faster but 5.6 does the trick for now. Once php7 is officially released we will fix all the bugs we encounter and then you can switch back to the latest version ;)Regards,
KriesiDecember 3, 2015 at 10:03 am #546312Ok nice to know. I’m so glad to have your support-team.
I recommended the theme to two freinds of mine.Regards,
