    Hi!

    I’ve been having problem updating pages on website. I’m getting the above error message. I tried activating and deleting some of the plugins but it didn’t work. I also updated the .htaccess as suggested in one of the forums in wordpress website who’s having the same problem, but still the same. Any advice?

    I also reset the permalinks. – No go.

    I updated the wordpress version and efold theme – No go.

    Now, website is not displaying correctly in firefox browser.

    I really need help.

    UPDATE:
    I found out it only seem to happen on the Home page with Full Screen Slider. Any solution for this?

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi Victoria,
    Hope you are safe wherever you are.
    Sorry about the wrong credentials. But I’ve got some positive updates. I was able to eliminate the JSON error. I installed the WordPress Classic Editor which I think (I hope) resolved the problem when saving the page created in Avia Layout Builder.

    I still need your help though with the POPUP. Can you help me please take a look at it why I can’t make any popup plugins to work? The most recent want that I’m trying to make it work is the LayerSlider WP POPUP. I’ve updated the credential info in my other post.

    Glad you got it working for you! :)

    If you mean the Layer Slider POPUP function, you need to write to the Layer Slider support for that.
