    I’m having some unusual trouble. I’ve tried migrating our site to a dev URL to make some more advanced updates in case I break it. I’ve done this type of things a bunch of times with no issues. I copied and moved all the files, copied the database, updated the MySQL database info and then ran a find/replace to make sure the new dev URL is used.

    But when I edit a page, I get the following error at the top:

    Updating failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON response.

    And changes don’t seem to take. Then any pages I try to view, I get a 404 error.

    I’ve tried removing any plugins that I think could cause this, like caching plugins. I’ve updated WP version and Enfold version to make sure they work (I believe they were already updated. And on the original site, the pages save just fine.

    Any suggestions? Did I forget a step?

    Please try updating it now and see if the issue persists.
