    Hi

    i wrote to Envato and i am opening a ticket here as asked in case of troubleshooting
    i ve installed spa Demo in enfold theme 4.2.3 and i have enlarged the allocated memory to 968M but i have still issues with adding content to the page.

    In particular in the page “su di noi” when i am adding content or editing items, after updating the page, it shows just fewer or standard things erasing everything done till that moment…

    Hey Giorgione15,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    ;D You are currently using an older version of the theme. Could you please firstly update it to the latest version 4.2.6 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/.
    Please also make sure that you are using PHP 5.6 or above.

    Thanks for that. Your problems is happening because you have open html markup on the page:

    La Masseria didattica La Bella  <br/> dove puoi riconneterti con la <strong>natura

    Please try closing the markup you are using properly like so:

    La Masseria didattica La Bella  <br/> dove puoi riconneterti con la <strong>natura</strong>

    If you edit the page you are having problems on, then edit the element which that text is located in, then you will find it.
