    I purchased a new license to Enfold for a site I am taking over. They were using v.3 and now I need v.4. I followed the instructions for using the plugin Upload Theme from Zip plugin and it timed out. Now my site is not loading.

    I had to restore the site from a backup.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, do you need help updating? If so then please post admin WordPress login details in private as well and verify that you have proper backups of the site in case something should go wrong.

    Thanks for that, I’ve installed 4.5.2 for you. Please review your site and delete the old versions of the theme if you don’t need them anymore.
