    Hello. I have installed 3 Enfold themes v4.7.6.3 and all of them can’t be updated to v4.8.1. I had another Enfold v4.5x installation which updated just fine strangely enough. I remember this problem in the past and was told/forced to update those themes via FTP, which I did. Now these very same themes can’t be updated again. Could you fix this please? I’ve put the private login credentials below and want to stress these are from my clients, so discretion is of utmost importance!!! Thanks.

    PS I’ve created child themes for all 3 and extensively modified Additional CSS as well.

    Thanks for the update. We can try to update regularly, or manually for you. Please verify that you have backups of all the sites, before we try to update for you.

    Hello Rikard and thanks. I do have backups but just in case I need them, won’t this roll back the old (non updatable) version of the Enfold themes and we are back to square one??

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. I checked the site in private, the update is available if you check manually under Enfold->Theme Update. When selecting to update there, then there’s an error message that the package is not available. I’m not sure why that is unfortunately.

    Could you try installing this plugin, to see if it works better after that? https://envato.com/market-plugin/. If not, then we’ll update manually for you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. So you have more than one account with Envato? If that is the case, then did you purchase all theme licenses using just one license? If you have created the tokens you are using on the site, in an account which doesn’t have Enfold licenses, then it will likely not work because of that. If you need to straighten this out, then I would suggest that you reach out to Envato support, as we can’t help you out with matters like this unfortunately.

    Thanks for the update. We can’t manage things on your Envato accounts at all unfortunately, we simply don’t have access to their platform. Could you try reaching out to Envato support again, to see if they can help you out further?
