Good morning,
I’m Denis Bellone and I’m the Web Marketing Manager of Arbaspàa srl, an Italian Tour Operator based in Manarola, Cinque Terre.
We developed several websites for our company using your Enfold theme: we’re using the version 3.8.5 but our webmaster/technician recently let us aware about the need to update to the most recent version to avoid issues.
Now, before completing the purchase of your most recent Enfold theme, I would like to ask you a technical question: if we buy and install the new Enfold theme on one of our website do we have to re-set all the website or the new Enfold theme simply substitutes the older version?
I would like to know if, installing a modern version of Enfold theme, there will be a lot of work to do, like choosing a new theme, or not.

Arbaspàa srlHey Denis Bellone,
You will need to remove the old version of the theme, upload the new version and the content will stay there.
You can export the theme options and then import them to the new version, so most of the settings will stay too.
You need to make sure you have made complete backups of the websites and that your php version is higher than 5.6.3.
It should not be a lot of work but you might run into some issues and we are always here to help.
