    Hi Mike,

    I just took over a website and the theme is very old. V4,2
    Now i read all this stuff about problems with this theme and updating it. I am not a technical person, so it’s very dificult for me.

    Can you help me update this theme? I donwloaded already this plugin “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File” and perhaps you can help me installing the theme. I also bought a new theme of Enfold just to be sure it’s all the newest (with support) under another name.

    Can you help me?

    Yes, i have made a backup just right now with updraft plus. Hope you can do some magic ;-)

    Hi Vivian,

    We would prefer if we could have FTP login details as well before we update your site, otherwise the plugin is our only option. Could you reach out to your hosting provider to get login details from them please? Otherwise you should likely be able to get them from the admin interface at your hosting provider.
