    I’m getting this message in the Theme update:

    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.2.4)

    I have seen in other support questions that I will probably need to download and install the theme manually. However, I cannot download the latest version, as this was originally purchased by a website designer, who is no longer working in this field or contactable. I have his original license certificate though (copied to the private content) from when I last had an issue updating.

    Is it possible to have this license transferred to my Themeforest account so that I can continue to download the theme in the future, or be provided with a link to download the update? any other workable solution would be appreciated.

    Hi Jo,

    I think you would have to contact Envato about a possible transfer as we don’t have any access to their system, we are only a reseller on their platform. I’m not sure if they are going to approve it but you can try at least.

    If Envato don’t have a solution, is there another way I can download this and keep it updated?

    Hi Jo,

    I think the easiest solution would be to simply buy a new license to be honest with you, otherwise you will run into problems every time you want to update the theme.
