Hello,
I’m hosting a client that has Enfold 4.6.2 installed and it looks like you’re up to 5.3.
He doesn’t have a license key from his original developer, what’s the best way to move forward and update the theme? Just buy another license from ThemeForest?

Yes, you’re correct, the best way is to buy another license in themeforest using the client’s account.
Then register the theme by generating a private token which will be used for theme updates: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
