When I open the backend tghis shows up:

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, do you know which version of PHP you are running on the site?
Best regards,

Theme Editor can still detect 2 Enfold, the other one is version 3.0.8 (screenshot in private content).
Please remove it, as it might be causing the issue.Best regards,
NikkoDecember 4, 2019 at 8:03 pm #1162715Hi Nikko !
I’ve now deleted 2 WP themes and there has been and old Enfold.zip inside the folder !
Now there are only two Enfold folder left – the active 4.2 and the new 4.6 that crushes upon activation !
Ah and the child folder of course …See screenshot …
Thanks
TomDecember 5, 2019 at 4:08 am #1162773Hi ideenstart,
Can you try to do the following:
- Put the site in maintenance mode (use a plugin) then switch to Twentytwenty (or any default theme)
- In your ftp move enfold (from themes to wp-content folder) then rename enfold-neu to enfold
- Switch back to Enfold Child and deactivate maintenance mode
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
NikkoDecember 5, 2019 at 5:05 pm #1163071Hi Nikko !
I’ve done it like that and also re-uploaded the new Enfold version and now it works fine !
Sometimes things just go wrong – don’t know why … :-)
Thanks for helping!
