    Hi ideenstart,

Theme Editor can still detect 2 Enfold, the other one is version 3.0.8 (screenshot in private content).
Please remove it, as it might be causing the issue.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko !

I’ve now deleted 2 WP themes and there has been and old Enfold.zip inside the folder !

Now there are only two Enfold folder left – the active 4.2 and the new 4.6 that crushes upon activation !
Ah and the child folder of course …

    See screenshot …

    Thanks
    Tom

    Hi ideenstart,

Can you try to do the following:

    1. Put the site in maintenance mode (use a plugin) then switch to Twentytwenty (or any default theme)
    2. In your ftp move enfold (from themes to wp-content folder) then rename enfold-neu to enfold
    3. Switch back to Enfold Child and deactivate maintenance mode

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko !

I’ve done it like that and also re-uploaded the new Enfold version and now it works fine !

Sometimes things just go wrong – don’t know why … :-)

    Thanks for helping!
    Tom
