Updates to pages won't appear

Hi there

When we make an update on the homepage, the changes don’t seem to appear.
We are using advanced layout. We have disabled plug ins, this doesn’t seem to help.
We have updated to the latest version.

Sometimes the changes appear, sometimes they don’t! Sometimes they appear on another computer, sometimes they don’t!

Specifically, we are trying to format text on the Advanced Layer Slider. It shows up in the preview, but on the page, it’s not working. Particularly, any text that has code formatting added to it.
